The Warrant Officers Are Coming To Town in 2010! 

For the first time in the history of the US Army Warrant Officers Association, the worldwide convention of Warrant Officers will be hosted in Huntsville, Alabama, and we would like you to play a major part in this event.

The 2010 Annual Meeting of the Members (AMM) will be hosted by the Redstone Arsenal Chapter of the US Army Warrant Officers Association (USAWOA).  Representatives of the 82 Chapters of USAWOA will convene at the Embassy Suites Hotel in Huntsville, AL to conduct a week of Warrant Officer business as well as enjoy all our community has to offer.

Your sponsorship of this event will play a major part in the success of this world class event and, frankly, we cannot imagine having a Warrant Officer event without you at the table if your team has been involved with veteran’s events in this town.

For a sponsorship of $4,000, you will enjoy Platinum Sponsorship which will place your name, logo, and website in all our printed material; four seats at the Warrant Officer Ball (Fri, Nov 5, 2010); your company will be mentioned from the convention podium twice daily and at the Warrant Officer Ball; as well as other add-ons to ensure our membership knows that your team was there when we needed them!  Other level of sponsorships are also available (see below).

Although this is an annual worldwide event, it is not an annual Huntsville event.  This is a one-time event in the Rocket City that may never happen again.

President’s Reception; MG Jim Myles as the Guest Speaker at the Warrant Officer Ball; Medal of Honor Recipient Leo Thorsness has been invited; and many more.

2) Podium Recognition during the sponsor recognition event at the Opening and Closing activities;
3) Recognition at the Ball with name/ logo  projected during the Ball and recognition as a Gold Sponsor;
4) Sponsor-provided giveaways  may be placed on the Sponsor Table in the Lobby area.
